IGP Promotes 30 Police Officers for Outstanding Service

The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) has approved the promotion of thirty (30) officers of the Ghana Police Service in recognition of their exemplary performance and dedication to duty.

The promotion exercise, which cuts across various ranks, forms part of efforts by the Police Administration to motivate personnel who have distinguished themselves through professionalism, discipline, and commitment to public service.

At a brief ceremony, senior officers commended the promoted personnel for upholding the core values of the Service and contributing to improved security operations across the country. The IGP emphasized that promotions within the Service are increasingly being linked to merit, hard work, and integrity.

The newly promoted officers expressed gratitude to the Police Administration, pledging to remain committed to law enforcement and the protection of lives and property.
