The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced the successful resolution of technical challenges that affected credit purchases on MMS-compliant prepaid meters.
The company explained that the challenge disrupted the purchase of electricity credit for some customers using MMS-compliant meters through approved vending platforms. ECG said its technical team worked promptly to address the issue and restore normal service.
Customers who experienced difficulties have been advised to retry their credit purchases and report any persistent challenges through ECG’s official customer service channels.
ECG also expressed appreciation to customers for their patience and cooperation during the period of disruption, while reaffirming its commitment to improving service delivery and ensuring reliable electricity supply nationwide.
